Whether you struggle with anxiety or have spouts of depression, having at least one crystal in your life can make a huge difference to your mental health and wellbeing.
There are many beautiful crystals to pick from and each crystal will heal or support you in their own unique way.
Here are 5 crystals that I would recommend bringing into your life, (if you haven't already!)
Rose Quartz:

The Rose Quartz crystal is one of my personal favourites and a symbol of unconditional love.
Pink in colour, the stone can vary from a dusty pink to a baby pink and is strongly linked with your heart chakra.
Having Rose Quartz in your life can improve self-love, trust, love, friendship and bring a sense of calm. The energy of a Rose Quartz can help to heal anxiety and dispel negativity with strong loving vibes.
If you struggle to relax in bed, have troubles sleeping or experience night-terrors, cleanse a Rose Quartz under cold water then place it under your pillow as you sleep. It will protect you and help you get a good nights sleep!
Lapis Lazuli:

Lapis Lazuli is another one of my favourite crystals and is the very same crystal that Cleopatra wore as eye shadow!
This is a regal stone and associated wisdom, intuition, inner truth and deepening the connection with one's self.
Associated with the third eye chakra, this stone will help you step into your own power and help you to be the most authentic version of yourself.
Lapis Lazuli is known to boost the immune system, relieve depression, lower blood pressure, release stress and is said to bring a deep inner peace that can encourage self-awareness and expression.
Amethyst:

Amethyst is a great crystal for emotional healing and clarity. If you have a lot on your mind, this is a fantastic crystal to carry around with you, as amethyst can be an incredibly calming and meditative stone.
It is believed that amethyst helps to connect us to divine energy and with this in mind, it can be used for problem-solving and helping you to take a step back on situations (or thoughts) that are troubling you.
They're a gorgeous purple colour and are widely available as cut stones or within jewellery.
Obsidian:

Obsidian is a protection stone and is formed by the quick cooling of volcanic lava.
Most commonly jet-black in colour, obsidian connects you to your root chakra and helps to keep your physical and spiritual bodies aligned.
It is also known to help with digestion issues and encourage deep tissue healing.
If you feel like negativity is around you, obsidian is a great stone to carry with you as it will ward off negative emotions and energy and evoke feelings of courage.
Labradorite:

Arguably one of the most beautiful crystals in the world, Labradorite really does sparkle and is known as a “stone of magic.”
It's name originates from Labrador Peninsula in Eastern Canada and helps you connect to your third-eye and crown chakra; which connects you to your higher-self and the Divine.
Labradorite is great for strengthening intuition and physic ability and helps to balance and protect your aura. It can also stimulate imagination and encourage creativity.
